Job Title

RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with patient ratios of 2:1 to 3:1
• Administer and monitor ICU drips and sedation protocols
• Respond confidently and competently in critical care situations
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Float to Med-Surg unit within scope of practice as needed to meet facility demands
• Participate in weekend coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS or ENPC certification
• Proficiency with ICU drips and sedation management
• Must be available for ASAP start; no first-time travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Cerner
• Comfort and flexibility floating between ICU and Med-Surg environments
• Ability to accommodate a block scheduling format (three consecutive shifts)
