National Strategic Sourcing Manager

I'm partnering with a well-established national homebuilder to identify a talented National Strategic Sourcing Manager for a high-impact corporate leadership opportunity.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, building strong supplier partnerships, and influencing procurement decisions across multiple operating divisions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead national and regional strategic sourcing initiatives
- Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance
- Partner with operational leaders to implement sourcing initiatives across multiple divisions
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement
- Manage rebate programs, supplier incentives, and contract renewals
- Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Required: Experience with a regional or national homebuilder
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
- Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization
