Senior Analytics Leader - Home, Flooring & HVAC Growth
Synchrony
Synchrony is seeking an AVP-level analytics leader to drive profitability for Home Specialty clients (HI, HVAC, Flooring). You will own analytics strategies, partner across Marketing, Credit, and Sales, and mentor offshore teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
The role requires strong experience in data visualization, SAS/SQL/Python, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business decisions. Travel up to 20% and a flexible work model are supported.
