Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship candidates considered
• Experience or practicum work in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and educational documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy within classroom and pull-out settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social success
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings while maintaining compliant, timely documentation
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and report on outcomes
• Provide education and resources to staff and caregivers on communication strategies
