As a Farmers Insurance Agent, you're an independent contractor with the full support of our District Office team behind you. Your determination and energy will set the boundaries of your earning potential throughout your career.
Our award-winning district team will provide you with training and support while you learn sales, marketing and customer service strategies. We train you on our list of products and services and help ensure your success in every facet of your business.

Responsibilities:
This opportunity is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and who have:
- A desire to build and grow their own successful agency
- A background in entrepreneurial growth
- The ability to work collaboratively with staff and learn from a mentor district manager/business coach
- Effective time-management skills and self-reliance to accomplish conversion goals
- Able to identify business opportunities and prioritize tasks; Effective leadership and management skills
- The ability to communicate the value of Farmers product offerings
We are always on the lookout for individuals who are looking to take control of their future and if you're interested we would love to speak with you. There are a couple of things we need from you though.
- Sales, customer service or management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in your community
- Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses
