Safety Manager

We're seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead environmental, health & safety for the Lambertville, NJ.

What You'll Do

• Lead and standardize EHS programs.
• Partner with the site leader to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Drive incident reporting accuracy, accident investigation, and corrective actions.
• Oversee training in critical areas (LOTO, hazard communication, confined space, contractor safety, etc.).
• Serve as the company representative with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure proper waste management, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
• Provide senior leadership with metrics, insights, and long-term safety strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing with organizational transformation responsibility, impacting the business strategy.
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related field.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing safety systems and technologies that have delivered measurable short-term and long-term improvements in safety performance.
