Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction is preferred.
