Eagle Harbor , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Management of projects exceeding $45 million in estimated construction costs. Schedule reviews. Change management. Request for Information. Project Documentation. Requirements Minimum 10 years of related experience. Education requirement waived with PE or RA or 15yrs related experience. Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Construction Mgmt. or related field Certification One of the following: CCM PMP
