Position Description: We are looking for friendly folks like you to join our team! Metro Diner is known for warm, welcoming service, familiar faces, and award-winning food. At Metro Diner, simply delicious defines our food and 100% Guest Satisfaction is our main priority. We dont just speak about our culture we live and breathe it every day its who we are!
The bussing team is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the diner. As a busser, you should think of our Guests as guests in your home and treat them as such. The diner cleanliness should always reflect this vision.

You have:
The ability to constantly move throughout the diner and patio to clean tables, chairs, and floors
The capacity to work quietly, quickly, and thoroughly with sanitation being your #1 focus
Observational skills to maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods
Honesty and integrity while bussing tables
Composure to fill bus tubs gently to not disturb nearby Guests or damage dishes
Organizational skills to maintain a clean dish area when stacking plates and glassware
You may also have:
Experience as a Busser in a fast-paced work environment
Working experience communicating with Hosts and Managers via headsets in order to effectively manage the dining room turns
The understanding of when to help Servers pre-bus tables
The observational skills to monitors adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
A commitment to ensuring that outside of the diner is clean and free of debris
