You will sit at the center of leadership, hiring, site expansion, and team operations—ensuring that priorities translate into action and that nothing critical gets lost as the organization grows.Enable Leadership ExecutionYou ensure leaders can focus on the highest-value decisions by managing the operational flow around them.You will:Anticipate leadership needs and remove friction in day-to-day executionCoordinate complex calendars across global teams and time zonesPrepare agendas, materials, and track follow-ups to ensure decisions turn into actionDraft communications, presentations, and correspondence in leadership's voiceOrganize leadership meetings and maintain visibility into priorities and commitmentsCoordinate Growth & Scaling InitiativesYou help translate rapid growth into organized, executable plans.You will:Coordinate activities required to bring new sites and teams onlineTrack readiness across workspace, equipment, systems, and operational needsPartner with HR, IT, Facilities, and Operations to ensure teams are ready to performMaintain visibility into timelines, milestones, and dependencies across initiativesSupport planning and execution of key leadership and organizational eventsSupport planning and execution of key customer and market events in coordination with Molex marketing teamSupport building and maintaining of product demo rooms at key sites in Eden Prairie, Lisle, Fremont, Bridgewater, Taiwan and others as neededSite Manager for Eden Prairie OfficeYou ensure Eden Prairie Office runs smoothlyYou will:Maintain relationship with Koch real estate and landlordTrack readiness across workspace, equipment, systems, and operational needsPartner with HR, IT, Facilities, to keep site running smoothlyPlan local events for Eden Prairie and Hudson sitesHelp on boarding of new hiresRun the Operational Backbone (Administrative & Coordination Layer)You own the systems and coordination work that keeps the organization functioning smoothly.You will:Coordinate domestic and international travel logisticsManage travel expenses and reporting from time to timeOrganize shared resources, documents, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and planning sessionsSupport internal and external events involving leadershipEnsure operational tasks are executed consistently and without gapsHelp Build Scalable Operating RhythmAs the organization grows, you will help move from reactive coordination to repeatable systems.You will:Identify gaps in how work is tracked, coordinated, and communicatedHelp establish simple systems that improve visibility and executionBring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situationsEnable teams to operate with more clarity and less reliance on escalationWhat Success Looks LikeLeaders are focused on decisions—not chasing logisticsHiring and onboarding happen smoothly, even at scaleNew sites and teams are stood up without disruptionKey initiatives stay on track with clear visibility and ownershipThe organization runs with less friction, fewer surprises, and stronger coordinationExperience in program coordination, operations, or project environmentsExperience supporting engineering, technical, or R&D teamsExperience supporting hiring or onboarding at scaleAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
