Purpose of the Job Create and implement store layouts and range presentation solutions that are based on global, as well as local priorities to improve the shopping experience and strengthen the IKEA brand. Assignments Execute work assignments that require some judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations, relating to the core of Ingka's value chain. Initiate new and follow general instructions on new work processes. Determine resource (materials and tools) needs for own area of work. Share information and insight with co‑workers and superiors. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of related experience. Job Type Permanent – Full-Time Hours 34–40 hrs/week Shift Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.
