The Opportunity As Medical Director, you will lead a large, skilled team that includes emergency doctors and board‑certified specialists. In partnership with the Hospital Director, you will oversee medical quality, support operational excellence, and foster a positive and professional environment where collaboration thrives. You will split your time between clinical work and leadership, maintaining your hands‑on emergency skills while mentoring and guiding your team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about team development, forward‑thinking medical care, and building strong, trusting relationships—both internally and within the wider veterinary community.
