Resident Caregiver (Boutique Care Specialist)

Location: Prosper, Plano & Denison, TX Compensation: $14.00 – $21.00/hour (includes $2.00 Float Differential) Sign-On Bonus: $500 Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Summary As a Caregiver / Resident Caregiver, you will provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), companionship, and high-touch support to residents in a calm, residential environment. This role is ideal for caregivers who value quality over quantity and want to deliver truly personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance
• Provide high-acuity, hands-on care with patience and compassion
• Deliver one-on-one companionship and emotional support
• Accurately document resident care using standardized systems for RN and family updates
• Collaborate closely with the Registered Nurse and Assisted Living Manager to follow individualized care plans
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Home Health (highly preferred)
• Experience assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable team player
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass background screening and health requirements (including TB test)
• CPR / First Aid certification preferred
