Job Title: Temporary Receptionist Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Start Date: 06/21/2024 Looking for a friendly and dependable professional? Join a supportive office environment in Lewiston, ME as a Temporary Receptionist and make a positive first impression every day. As a Temporary Receptionist, you'll serve as the welcoming face and voice of the organization. You'll work closely with the administrative team to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations and provide exceptional front-desk support. What You'll Do As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner greeting residents, visitors, and guests, and offering assistance as needed opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail providing general administrative and front-desk support entering and maintaining information accurately in computer systems and databases working within the Yardi database to access and update resident and organizational information assisting with basic office tasks and supporting staff as needed maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area protecting confidential resident and organizational information What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly familiarity with Yardi is a plus, but a computer-savvy, trainable candidate will be considered excellent communication and interpersonal skills a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor strong attention to detail and organizational skills ability to work independently and as part of a team dependability and punctuality Why Join Us in Lewiston?
