Duration: 6 months

Role: Product Owner / Solution Architect - Enterprise Digital Transformation

Act as the voice of the customer and define product vision and strategy
Lead product backlog management and prioritization activities
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Design enterprise-level solution architectures aligned with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams
Drive Agile delivery by working closely with Scrum teams
Participate in roadmap planning and product lifecycle management
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teams
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams and programs
Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Digital solutions
Ensure governance, compliance, and architectural standards adherence

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities
Own and manage product backlog with well-defined user stories
Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk, and dependencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
Design scalable and secure enterprise architecture solutions
Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to standards
Provide clarity to development teams on requirements and scope
Review and accept deliverables based on acceptance criteria
Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks
Maintain product documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Use data-driven insights and feedback to refine product direction

Essential Skills:

Strong experience as Product Owner and/or Solution Architect
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Expertise in product backlog management and user story creation
Strong solution architecture and system design capabilities
Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of cloud, AI, and digital technologies
Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
Understanding of governance, compliance, and best practices
Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
