Axia Care Center is actively hiring and hosting a 4-Day Open House Hiring Event for experienced and motivated nursing professionals.
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nursing Supervisors who are reliable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM
? Location: Axia Care Center
Walk-ins are welcome. Interviews will be conducted on the spot, and qualified candidates may receive same-day offers .

Positions Available:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Nursing Supervisor
⸻
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise CNAs and support staff (Supervisors)
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Active NJ LPN License (for LPN role)
• RN License preferred for Supervisor role
• Long-term care or subacute experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
