Upgrader / Shop Assistant
We are seeking a smart, energetic individual to join our team as an Upgrader (Shop Assistant). This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with some shop experience who are eager to learn and grow. Most of our Upgrader hires eventually move into machinist positions, making this a great opportunity for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist shop personnel with daily tasks as needed
- Move jobs between machines and workstations
- Empty machine chips and perform light janitorial duties
- Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Qualifications:
- Some shop or hands-on experience preferred
- Hilo/forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn
