Job Full Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our food production warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within our distribution center.

The ideal Stand-Up Forklift Operator candidate will have at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and at least 1 year of experience operating a handheld scanner for inventory record maintenance in a fast-paced work environment and possess a strong safety focus, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity.

**Some areas of this facility is refrigerated. Some areas are near ovens & are warmer.**

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shifts:

1st= 6:00AM-2:00PM

2nd= 2:00PM-10:00PM

3rd= 10:00PM-6:00AM

*MUST be available to work more than 8 hours per shift if required.

*MUST be available to work Saturday & Sunday if required.

*NO jewelry can be worn in facility *NO false nails/acrylic/nail polish * NO false lashes*

Duties

Safely operate Stand-Up counter balanced double reach truck and electric rider pallet jack.
Pick and Stage customer orders, load outgoing shipments while documenting inventory movements, expiration & lot/serial numbers using hand held scanners.

Skills

Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
Excellent physical strength for heavy lifting tasks combined with good mechanical knowledge.
Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy.
Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with warehouse distribution practices.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
