Are you highly organized , detail-oriented , and energized by keeping projects moving behind the scenes ?
Windle Design & Construction is seeking a Procurement Manager to support our design and construction teams through purchasing coordination, material ordering, vendor communication, and project support for custom residential projects.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, manages multiple moving pieces with confidence, and enjoys helping projects stay organized, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
Compensation and Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000 base depending on experience

Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing, orders, and delivery coordination
- Keep project files, vendors, and timelines organized
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Support multiple projects and daily operations
- Improve systems and workflow efficiency
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or procurement
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Buildertrend or similar CRM software
- Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, or clients
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
