Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a home health environment in Everett, WA.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• One year of home health (HH) experience required.
• Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is required.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Availability to travel within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office as part of caseload coverage.
• Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week with documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Start Date: Assignment begins in May 2026 and extends through August 2026.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Documentation system required: HCHB.
• Candidate must be willing to cover a 50+ mile radius from the Everett office.
