HVAC Dispatcher

Service Dispatcher Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Minuteman Heating & AC are currently seeking a Service Dispatcher who will serve as the main point of contact and communication in the assigning and routing of HVAC Technicians & Plumbers. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm during stressful situations, have excellent communication skills, be extremely reliable, and be able to manage the flow of information to and from the technicians and plumbers in an accurate and timely fashion. The primary role for this position is ensuring the right technician/plumber for the right job, managing the flow of information, and data entry (permits, reports, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of home services dispatching experience and a working knowledge of Service Titan software is preferred. This is a mission‑critical position that requires some nights and weekends on a rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assignation and routing of HVAC technicians and plumbers. Maintain accurate and timely data entry for permits, reports, and other required documentation. Manage flow of information with little supervision. Handle scheduling for day shift, night shift, holiday, and weekend availability. Possess high stress tolerance and ability to adapt to frequent direction changes. Work with Service Titan software and ensure updates are current. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of home services dispatching experience. Working knowledge of Service Titan preferred.
