Work directly with the organic social media and influencer team and external agency partners Source standout user-generated content (UGC) Post and review social media content Report on social media performance Contribute ideas, key learnings, and optimizations for content and posting recommendations Create social content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook Flag top-performing content and share performance with internal stakeholders weekly Track performance metrics across all social platforms weekly Monitor the competitive landscape and identify current social trends monthly Find top-performing UGC for @tjmaxx to repost Request UGC and track approvals Create ad-hoc marketing decks with content examples or competitor analysis Input content briefs and contribute ideas for future content Handle internal asks, store communications, and gift card requests Create opportunistic content Monitor the social media landscape for trends Requirements Passion for marketing, especially social or digital Interest in the multifaceted and fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and superior time management skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to think strategically and understand retail industry and business trends Comfortable working in both a collaborative team environment and individually Drive, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn Experience in Instagram, TikTok, and CapCut preferred Required software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in social media content creation and performance analysis across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking are essential for optimizing user-generated content and tracking social media trends.
