Position Overview

As a Scaffold Builder at Condustrial, you will help assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffold systems safely and efficiently on a variety of job sites. This role is critical in ensuring safe access for project crews and contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Break Down: Erect, adjust, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project plans and safety guidelines.
• Material Handling: Assist with organizing, stacking, and preparing scaffold components for transport or storage.
• Support Leadership: Work closely with team leads and experienced builders to support training and mentoring of junior crew members.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, maintain tidy work areas, and actively participate in site safety reviews and briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of scaffold assembly or related construction experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comfort at Height: Comfortable working at elevated levels while following safety standards and using proper fall protection.
• Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with scaffold components and use of common hand tools.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a crew environment.
• Preferred: Trade school or construction certification; bilingual skills a plus.
