IT - DTD - Business Analyst

Position Summary


The Business Analyst III will lead organizational change initiatives through influence and strategic business analysis. This role is responsible for identifying business needs and developing solution recommendations that deliver value to stakeholders. The position requires advanced expertise in business analysis practices, including:

• Solution evaluation
• Strategy analysis
• Elicitation and collaboration
• Requirements life cycle management
• Requirements analysis and design definition
• Business analysis planning and monitoring

The Business Analyst III will partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels, guide teams through complex challenges, proactively resolve issues, and support improvements in business profitability and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to gather information about operations, improve systems and processes, analyze business impacts, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• nalyze complex internal and external business issues using advanced business analysis techniques.
• Document business processes, systems, and data flows while assessing business models and technology integrations.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and cross-functional, regional, and global solution delivery teams.
• Guide the business through complex or undefined situations to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify and define solutions to complex business problems that maximize stakeholder value.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives using change management methodologies.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document business and system requirements.
• Develop initiatives that align with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Independently manage complex assignments with minimal supervision while escalating only highly complex issues when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.
