In this role, you will work closely with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or other movement-related conditions. You will play a key role in delivering hands-on care and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises to support their recovery and long-term wellness.

Compensation:

$60,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and wellness strategies to support recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current and active PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a variety of patient conditions and adapt to individual needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
