Our organization is actively seeking qualified board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists to join the Main Operating Room (MOR) team at our North Hospital – Barry Road location in Kansas City. Candidates will become part of a dynamic division that includes over 170 professionals, such as anesthesiologists, critical care intensivists, CRNAs, AAs, anesthesia residents, and advanced practice providers across our network.

• This is a full-time role focused on MOR cases, including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, robotic surgeries, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, plastic surgery, GI lab, and OOOR interventions.

• We utilize a collaborative care model with medical direction ratios of up to 1:4, where physicians provide anesthesia personally on rare occasions.

• Out-of-house call shifts are shared among a team of five anesthesiologists, with the call team supported by in-house CRNA/AA for OB coverage, all within a reasonable driving distance from the hospital.

• Applicants must have completed or be in the process of completing an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency program or an equivalent, and must be board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology.
