About the Role:
Join Renu Surface Restoration Inc as a PART TIME Commercial Carpet and Tile Cleaning Sales professional! In this dynamic role, you will connect with businesses in Rochester, NY, providing them with top-notch cleaning solutions while contributing to a cleaner environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial carpet and tile cleaning sector.
• Targets are large space buildings that may/does have significant square footage of carpet or tile throughout the building.
  • Commercial office buildings.
  • Office Parks
  • Business Parks
  • Churches/Religious faciliities/places of worship
  • Apartment complexes
  • Commercial Property Owners
  • Sports facilities
  • Senior Living facilities
• Stop in, drop off flyer(s), identify and ask to see appropriate personnel that would be responsible for outsourcing carpet and tile cleaning needs.
• Maintain a customer contact database that can be used for email/contact campaigns
• Part-time position, flexible hours, expenses paid.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or facility services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
