Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and acute care services in a hospital setting. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 12 visits daily, including outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor and neuro patients across a broad age range. Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care, and documenting treatment plans per facility standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active Oklahoma license, and BLS certification. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and neuro care is preferred, along with familiarity with electronic medical records. Prior travel therapy experience and advanced certifications are a plus. Key Duties: Provide evidence-based interventions, coordinate care, ensure proper documentation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
