The projected starting salary range is $20.50 – $23.50 per hour for a Field Service Technician I. Compensation varies with skills, experience, industry knowledge and geographic location. Responsibilities Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment. Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products for smooth operation. Complete paperwork and reports promptly, accurately, and in detail. Provide best‑in‑the‑business customer service to internal and external customers. Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently; escape issues when needed. Track required parts and inventory. Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with fellow technicians. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment when troubleshooting in high‑energy settings. Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Problem‑solving skills with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking. Experience with electronics/computer networking; gaming experience is a bonus. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work a sometimes‑changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
