Flex Dry Van Driver Overview
- Pay that adds up. Earn $23 to $25 per hour depending on location, with drivers averaging $1,400 per week* thanks to consistent freight and steady schedules.
- Home time you can plan around. Home 3+ nights every week on a Monday through Friday schedule with 6 AM to 8 AM start times, so you get real time off without sacrificing steady miles.
- Bonuses built to reward you. Boost your paycheck with a safety and performance bonus, quarterly bonuses, and a referral bonus of up to $5,000* with no limit on referrals.
- Modern equipment built for comfort. Drive 2024 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs and upgraded trim packages designed to make life on the road easier.

- No DUIs in the last 5 years
