Agile Transformation Coach

We are seeking a Transformation Coach to accelerate a global enterprise transformation by embedding a proprietary transformation framework grounded in agile principles across corporate, regional, and operational teams. This role partners closely with leaders at all levels to strengthen collaboration, build sustainable capability, and increase speed and impact across the organization.

As the organization advances digital and operational agility, experience with Gen AI enablement and emerging tools is highly valued. This position works across business, technology, and frontline operations and may require occasional travel to regional or operational sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn, apply, and coach a proprietary transformation framework across business, technology, and operational environments.
• Partner with senior leaders to evolve transformation roadmaps, maturity models, and success metrics.
• Coach executives, regional leaders, and delivery teams on adaptive, customer-centered ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and alignment sessions to improve collaboration and execution.
• Lead initiatives that evolve operating models, governance, and decision-making practices.
• Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build long-term transformation capability.
• Support responsible Gen AI enablement by guiding teams to apply AI in decision-making, workflows, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience leading organizational transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience coaching senior leaders across regional and operational environments.
• Familiarity with agile, lean, and systems-thinking principles.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills across functions.
• Experience working across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience translating transformation frameworks into practical, sustainable ways of working across diverse teams.
• Awareness of Gen AI tools and their practical business applications.
• Recognized coaching or agility credentials (e.g., ICP-ACC, SPC, or equivalent).
• Strong storytelling and visualization skills for executive and frontline audiences.
• Experience working in global, matrixed, and service-oriented environments.
• Fluency in multiple languages (spoken, read, and written).

Rate: ~$60-$65/hr
