Oracle HCM Cloud Architect

Leading the architecture and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Architect will provide technical leadership, manage integrations, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance workforce technology solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, overseeing architecture, configuration, and ongoing platform optimization Lead enterprise learning technology initiatives, including the migration from Taleo Learning to Oracle Learning Cloud and ensuring compliance training access Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and develop enterprise reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field At least twelve years of related experience, with a strong background in healthcare technology preferred Minimum of 8 years in enterprise application or solution architecture, with 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Learning Cloud for at least 3 years Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting
