Operations Manager – Botanical/Cannabis / Hemp / CBD Manufacturing Location: Fort Lupton, CO | On-site | Full-time We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead 24/7 production and warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. Pharma, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Food, Specialty Chemicals, Biotech Responsibilities Lead production, warehouse, inventory, and scheduling operations. Manage supervisors, operators, and warehouse personnel. Ensure cGMP, OSHA, SOP, safety, and quality compliance . Monitor throughput, yield, downtime, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy . Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement . Partner with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR . Support maintenance, procurement, audits, CAPAs, deviations, and capital projects. Requirements 6+ years manufacturing experience and 3+ years plant/production leadership . Experience with multi-shift or continuous manufacturing . Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and Lean . Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience. Experience in pharma, biotech, food, dietary supplements, specialty chemicals, botanical extraction, or other regulated manufacturing preferred. ERP/MRP, CMMS, 5S , and RCA experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
