Member Services Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer service experience Check members into the system Take prospective members on tours and assist them with the new account sign‑up process Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility Qualifications / Requirements Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers and exceed expectations Positive mental attitude Customer service background preferred Punctuality and reliability are must Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language High school diploma or GED equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
