As a Business Unit Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers, oversee key client relationships, and grow a book of business that fuels long-term partnerships and revenue success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers , driving performance and growth
• Own the day-to-day strategy and execution for large, complex client accounts
• Manage incoming RFQs , pricing strategy, and solution development
• Partner closely with Sales to seamlessly transition new accounts into long-term wins
• Drive continuous improvement through regular strategy calls with customers and leadership
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client communication and problem-solving
• Build and execute strategies that increase sales, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Track and exceed KPIs, benchmarks, and financial goals
• Coach, train, and develop your team to elevate performance and careers
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support company-wide growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics environment
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into people management
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Experience with or ability to learn TMS and CRM platforms
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional mindset with a strong work ethic

Education:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred
