Full-Time Registered Nurses are eligible for a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus.

To be successful in this role , you must have:

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR Certification

• Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience

As a Registered Nurse , you will:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care.

• Administer medications, complete assessments, perform wound care, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Supervise and support the daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants.

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the attending physician.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
