Are you an experienced high-volume automotive salesperson who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and deliver results? We want you on our team.

New to automotive sales? That’s okay, too.

If you’re competitive, confident, driven, great with people, and ready to learn , we’ll give you the opportunity to build the skills you need to succeed. No automotive sales experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

What Will You Be Doing?

If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, working toward goals, and a little healthy competition , you’ll fit right in!

As an Automotive Sales Representative , you’ll:

• Connect with customers — learn what they need, understand what they’re looking for, and help them find the right vehicle.
• Showcase our inventory — walk customers through vehicles, answer questions, and get them behind the wheel for a test drive.
• Build lasting relationships — earn your customers’ trust and become the salesperson they think of when they’re ready for their next vehicle.
• Work toward goals and chase results — set goals, challenge yourself, and push to become a top performer.
• Follow up and stay connected — keep conversations going, follow up with leads, and turn opportunities into sales.
• Take control of your earning potential — your effort, performance, and sales can directly impact your income.
• Learn, grow, and sharpen your skills — you’ll have support from our team as you build your product knowledge, sales skills, and confidence.

What Do You Need to Bring?

We’re not looking for a perfect résumé or years of automotive experience. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, willing to learn, comfortable talking to people, and ready to put in the work.

The One Thing We Absolutely Require:

• A valid driver’s license — You’ll be driving vehicles, taking customers on test drives, and helping them find the right one.

No automotive experience? No problem.
No sales experience? No problem.
Never sold a car before? We can teach you.

If you have a valid driver’s license, the right attitude, and the drive to succeed , you already have a great foundation. We’ll help you build the rest.
