What We're Looking For:

• A passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 1–2 years of experience and a valid Nevada Massage Therapy License.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working with clients experiencing injuries, chronic pain, or unique therapeutic needs.
• Dependable, hardworking, self-motivated, and a true team player.
• Experience in modalities such as sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal, or therapeutic massage is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 60, 90, and 120-minute hands-on massage sessions.
• Deliver exceptional client care while addressing a variety of therapeutic needs.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and a commitment to continued learning.
• Help create an outstanding experience that encourages long-term client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-based W-2 position starting at 25% of retail pricing (starting at approximately $31 per service), plus you keep 100% of your credit card and cash tips.
• Tiered commission increases with annual reviews for both full-time and part-time employees.
• Medical insurance after 60 days (IMR covers 50% of the base plan), plus vision and dental coverage.
