Onsite RecruiterWe are seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Grapevine TX! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.Must be flexible to work 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.Responsibilities:Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsCoordinate events focused on employee recognitionAccurately maintain employee filesCoach and Counsel employeesPerform background checks and drug testing on employeesComplete I9 and everifyQualifications:Previous experience in Staffing and recruiting preferredKnowledge of labor and employment lawsBilingual English/Spanish a plusPrevious experience with Bullhorn ATS a plus!Ability to build rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid Driver License
