Administrative Assistant / ReceptionistPGS Worldwide is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist in Aberdeen, South Dakota for a one-year onsite temporary role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will provide front-desk and general administrative support, including answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors and contractors, and assisting with basic clerical and site-access activities.Required SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous clerical or administrative experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience answering and routing telephone calls.Ability to perform general clerical and administrative duties.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, guests, and contractors.Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.Preferred SkillsPrevious administrative assistant or receptionist experience.Strong telephone and customer-service skills.What You'll DoAnswer incoming phone calls and transfer callers to appropriate staff members.Greet and admit visitors, guests, and contractors.Provide general front-desk and administrative support.Assist with routine clerical tasks and office activities.Support contractor orientation or training activities when applicable.Maintain a professional and organized reception area.Communicate with internal staff regarding visitors and incoming calls.Follow applicable visitor-access and administrative procedures.Work Schedule / Shift4/40 schedule.6:00 AM–4:00 PM.Full-time onsite in Aberdeen, South Dakota.No travel expected.No overtime expected.Pay$18.89 per hour.Job ID: 7641Military veterans and transitioning military members are encouraged to apply to all PGS Worldwide positions.
