You'll handle food prep and cook to recipe and presentation standards while keeping your station clean, organized, and safe. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards Complete daily food prep - washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized cooking station Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines Communicate with the expo and kitchen team to keep tickets moving Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock Qualifications Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Food Handler's card, or willingness to obtain one Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Works efficiently under pressure during busy shifts Team player with reliable attendance #J-18808-Ljbffr
