High Volume Recruiter | Manufacturing

Join an industry leader in manufacturing as a High Volume Recruiter in Dayton, OH. Drive high-impact hiring, partner with plant leadership, and build strong pipelines for critical manufacturing roles.\n

Location: Dayton, OH (Onsite, 5 days/week) Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension or conversion potential)\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for 100+ positions across manufacturing (CNC machinists, quality inspectors, toolmakers, and admin support).
\n
• Build active talent pipelines via job boards, social media, trade schools, and local Dayton community networks.
\n
• Screen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, lead plant tours, and manage manager feedback.
\n
• Partner with Production Supervisors to align on shift staffing needs and minimize time-to-fill.
\n
• Coordinate with HR to oversee pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens) and onboarding.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of dedicated high-volume recruiting experience.
\n
• Proven track record in sourcing for manufacturing environments.
\n
• Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
\n
• Ability to prioritize and manage 20+ active requisitions concurrently.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Executive presence and the confidence to influence stakeholders and address challenging conversations.
