About the Job Sign‑on bonus $1000 New Freightliner Cascadia trucks We cover travel expenses Starting pay at 30% of load, and then up to 32% after one year Job Summary Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Flatbed trailer OTR $2,400 - $2,800 gross total weekly avg. pay 30% of load
