Physical Requirements: Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods; repetitive motion; standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk) Hours may be modified on occasion to meet patient care needs.

Job Summary: The person in this position will coordinate appointments and care, provide patient assessment and education, financial counseling, and facilitate process improvements.
