We're a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice serving Colorado communities since 1980. We're looking for passionate clinicians who want to continue developing their expertise while building a long-term career focused on patient care.

• Clinical Autonomy – Use your expertise and clinical judgment to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

• 40-Minute Appointment Model – A consistent scheduling structure for patient care.

Work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, including sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Collaborate with other skilled clinicians while continuing to develop your expertise in manual therapy, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, and orthopedic care.

At NBPT, professional growth doesn't have to mean moving into management. We support clinicians who want to deepen their skills and build fulfilling careers in direct patient care.

Base Salary: $80,000–$88,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually, including eligible Caseload-Based Performance Incentives. Incentive earnings are not guaranteed.
