Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceReceive general phone calls and greet visitorsReceive and dispatch lead calls and job referralsPerform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch reportsCoordinate crew and job schedulingPerform general administration dutiesAssist other departments, as neededQualifications2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experienceWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredCustomer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED, Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
