Forklift Operator - Multiple Shifts Available
Abacus Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a growing warehouse operation in Hebron, KY. If you have experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment and are looking for a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday. Occasional weekends required for overtime based on business needs.
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM
Required Equipment Experience
Candidates must be able to safely operate the following equipment:
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Reach Truck
- Cherry Picker / Order Picker
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Sit-Down Forklift with Clamp Attachment
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Move inventory throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment
- Pick, stage, and replenish inventory
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment before and after use
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating all equipment listed above
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and attendance
