This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership : Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area — from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration. Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap. Execution & Delivery : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer applications preferred (MBA is an added advantage) 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in a Product Manager ,equivalent role or transition from a Development background/Technical background. Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques - structuring multi-step instructions, providing context, and iterating on output quality to achieve production-grade results. Comfort with agentic AI workflows - using, designing, or building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks autonomously with human-in-the-loop validation. Awareness of AI security fundamentals - prompt injection risks, data classification rules, sandboxed execution, and responsible handling of sensitive data in AI workflows.
