Your schedule will include participation in a 1-in-7 call rotation, ensuring balanced coverage and support. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care. * Performing advanced surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of general orthopedic surgeries. * Diagnosing, treating, and managing a comprehensive array of conditions for diverse patient needs. * Ensuring patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. * Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care. * Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices, robustly participating in the 1-in-7 call rotation, and upholding accurate medical documentation. * Committing to professional growth through active engagement in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development. * Contributing to a collegial work environment and upholding the mission and values of CommonSpirit Memorial. * Leveraging cutting-edge technology and a robust referral network within our newly established practice.
