You will receive guidance, mentorship and be part of a team. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 1-3 years of experience. Construction defect experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytic skills. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively. California Bar membership in good standing. Trial experience is a plus but not essential. Relevant litigation experience. Mediation and dispute resolution. Prior experience with community association law is a plus. Preparing pleadings, motions, written and expert discovery. Settlement agreements. Taking and defending depositions and written discovery. Schedule: Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We currently offer a hybrid in office/remote schedule.
